Success story of Tatyana Detochenko

Tatiana Detochenko's bombshell story inspires and excites! After graduating from the cook school in Rostov, she entered the university to study accounting and auditing. But the girl dreamed of something else: to become a critic of hotels and restaurants. She has been a great cook since childhood. And criticizes.

Already at the age of 19, Tatyana was hired as a MANAGER OF AN ELITE RESTAURANT. And they fired! “This is the best thing that happened to me,” Tatiana laughs. The owner of the restaurant was an influential lady known throughout the city. She was very offended by Tatyana for not complying with subordination! When  to the whole team, my heroine  I asked the hostess NOT TO YELL AT THE WAITERS, they say, tell me about the problem, I will solve everything myself.

What started here! Hell broke loose. What a self-respecting person from  Russian establishment  will he endure such terrible humiliation? VENDETTA did not take long to arrive: Tanya could not get a job anywhere. “I was young and stupid!” - smiles  she.

“I thirsted then and I thirst now for a good life!” - Tatyana’s eyes are burning with fire, HER DRIVE TURNS ME AWAY.

At the age of 19, the girl flew to Cyprus for knowledge. In the morning she studied at the College of tourism and hotel management, and in the evening she washed floors, cut cabbage; in Cyprus, it turns out, they put it in all salads. She also ran around as a waitress: Dad cut off the financial oxygen and said abruptly: “It’s time to be independent.” At the same time I studied  by correspondence in Russia. 

At the exhibition of higher schools held in Cyprus, the girl showed her grades from the Swiss Les Roches: impressive 97%! Such a BRILLIANT STUDENT was offered a 50% DISCOUNT of the price.

The course of study in Switzerland included an internship. Tatiana was accepted into the Thistle tower hotel in London. And off we go: first the receptionist, then the supervisor, and very soon - servicing VIP guests and working with complaints. She never returned to Les Roches: she simply outgrew it. 

I still had to return to Rostov, where she got stuck. But you already understand: people like Tanya are unsinkable! 

Dad brought the newspaper “Evening Rostov”: Austrian Airlines was looking for an employee. At the last qualifying round there were 55 PEOPLE FOR ONE PLACE. And who took it?! The answer is obvious! 

Tatiana now LIVES IN LONDON, she has a Russian husband, three children - the youngest is 3 months old - and a business. Here, in Albion, she was offered her dream job, but her husband did not approve of the three nights weekly away from home stipulated in the contract.

That’s why Tatyana started a business: she didn’t want to sit at home. I opened an educational company with two clients. Gradually I hired staff. Her business partner Alena Khmeleva also studied at Les Roches in Switzerland. 

Tatiana plans to write a book about motivation. A bomb will come out!
