BRIEF SUMMARY

The career test was developed by British experts at Cambridge about 30 years ago. Its goal is to help students identify their true strengths, career preferences and choose the right A-Level / IB / Pre-U subjects to successfully enroll in the right university.

This is a unique test that analyzes students' responses to 300 questions and creates a profile of interests based on over 40 career areas. A special test algorithm helps to identify areas of interest of a teenager, assess his ability, concentration, spelling, speed of perception and processing of information and other skills that are important when choosing a profession and when applying for a job.

The test is updated annually to include the latest information and the most recent reference material on career paths (for example, the average salary of recent graduates in the UK).

Testing is conducted in English.

• Identify the student's strengths and help choose a career direction.
• Determine the set of core subjects to study in the final grades of school before entering the university.

WHAT DOES THE TEST GIVE?

The test aims to:

• Provide students with information on the main key career areas that may be of interest to them.
• Assess whether the student will be able to master the required qualifications and develop professional skills for a specific activity.
• Provide a personalized AS / A or IB item selection scheme required for a variety of career paths.
• Stimulate further research into potential careers with students to explore all possible development options.

INTERVIEW

We also offer two post-result in-depth interviews in Russian. They allow you to make the most of the test results and determine the most suitable career directions for the student.

Based on the results of the test and interview, the student receives a detailed report with visual results: from talent / aptitude for certain subjects to potential career paths.

The charts in the report show the relationship between the level of primary interests to various career areas and supporting interests and skills in five related areas that are important for work in each specific industry.

The report also contains:

• Recommendations for specialized school subjects.
• Comparative analysis of student performance in comparison with other people of the same age group and the same level of training. Analysis by parameters such as: formal logic, mathematics, abstract and spatial thinking and others.

After testing, the child and parents talk with our London university specialist Ksenia Starostina (in Russian, while the test result is issued in English) and draw up an individual educational strategy for the child's development. They discuss school subjects, admission to universities in different countries and all the subsequent steps of the child.

How to jump into the rapidly departing train of summer practices and necessary work experince? Now I can say - write to Ksenia in the "Paradise" company. Almost a month of research work in the team of the professor of biology can be said to have made my daughter's resume.

Often speaking about Personal Statement, which sometimes accounts for a good 40% of your success when entering universities, they forget to say that this is far from only about the correct structure and beauty of the syllable. It's no secret that any “work experience” will not beautify your personal statement.
