Supervision during summer courses

Dear clients!
We offer the service of our supervision during your children’s summer courses.

It includes preparing for the trip, booking transfers, answering any questions and solving any problems during the trip with TELEPHONE support 24/7, for example, if you need to urgently contact the school, if a child is sick or if you have lost something thing and you need to find it if you need to change the program, resolve any conflict, etc.

There are different situations, they cannot be foreseen and predicted in advance. But we bring to your attention two separate examples that happened  last summer and in the settlement of which we took a very quick part. If the client did not have the opportunity to contact us, he would have to call the school on his own, which is often extremely difficult during non-working school hours, or he would have to write letters to the school email, which schools also do not always check promptly. With our help, everything was resolved as quickly as possible and with the least stress for the client and the child.

Example 1. A 13-year-old girl visited Legoland Park in England with her school as part of a summer program and lost her expensive phone there. Mom wrote to us on Saturday evening. More correspondence with mom

Example 2. A 16-year-old boy went to an English language program at a summer school in Belgium. On the day of departure, it turned out that the zipper on the suitcase had burst, and it was necessary to urgently solve the problem. More correspondence with mom
