The school has a large gym, a training room with a mirrored wall and a ballet barre that is used for dancing. There is a climbing wall. The school has an impressive theater that seats 340 people. It boasts retractable seating as well as an observation deck on the balcony. There is a stage, projector, full sound system, lighting, pulpit and grand piano. Interactive smart boards are installed in school classrooms.
Program
GCSE
Two-year program to obtain a certificate of general secondary education. 6 subjects are compulsory, 4 subjects are optional.
A-level
Two-year program to prepare for entering the university. Students choose 4 or 5 subjects for in-depth study.
Sport
Sports at school: football, badminton, basketball, cricket, dancing, handball, hockey, lacrosse, rowing, netball, squash, table tennis, tennis, volleyball, rugby.
There are 6 inter-faculty sporting competitions throughout the year, culminating in the Chelsea Academy Sports Day. This is a great opportunity for students to compete within their coaching groups and show pride in the department they represent.
Additional activities
Every student at the school can take vocal and instrumental lessons. The school employs a large team of highly qualified professional teachers and performers who provide training in a wide range of disciplines
