Ace Tennis is a summer tennis camp located near London. Ace was founded in 2008 by Chris Osborne, a professional tennis player and coach. Over the past 9 years, the company has earned a reputation as one of the leading organizers of tennis camps for teens.

The campus is located at Queenswood School and boasts one of the best tennis equipment in Europe. High standards are set for living and dining. This is the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent British summer.

The purpose of the summer camp is to give young people the best conditions for the development of their sports talents and ambitions.

EQUIPMENT

Queenswood School is located on 49 hectares in the beautiful countryside of Hertfordshire. It takes 30 minutes by car from the school to central London. Here is one of the best tennis equipment in Europe. The school's tennis centre regularly hosts local and international tournaments, many famous tennis players have visited it.

On the school territory there are:

• 27 tennis courts, 13 of them with artificial turf
• 12 clay courts
• 2 indoor courts
• Pool with professional instructors and lifeguards

PROGRAM

Tennis

36 hours of tennis training per week. Classes are held in the morning, from 9:00 to 12:00 and after lunch, from 14:30 to 18:00.

Training is focused on four main areas:

• Technical skills: attacking and defensive techniques.
• Mental health: ability to solve problems, stay in good mood and be able to focus.
• Tactical tricks: different tricks of the game depending on the situation.
• Athlete's physical health as an important part of a good game.

All classes are based on the analysis of real game situations. Pupils devote many hours daily to playing tennis and practicing skills. The important part is the competitions that support the competitive spirit and allow you to evaluate your level of training. The training includes analysis of such topics as: goal setting, mental preparation for matches, team work.

Classes are suitable for students of all levels of training. Both for players who are serious about a professional career, and for those who want to play tennis for their pleasure. For an additional fee, individual lessons with a trainer are possible.

Language classes

Held for an additional fee and at the request of the student. Lessons are held after lunch, from 12:30 to 14:30, and are available to students of all levels of language knowledge: from beginners to advanced. In classes a maximum of 15 people. Classes are taught by qualified teachers. On the first day, a test is written to identify the student in the appropriate group. The student’s knowledge is constantly monitored; when progress is achieved, a transition to a higher group is possible.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD

Accommodation in a residence in rooms for 2-8 people. There are several single rooms, it is better to book them in advance. The residence has a common lounge with TV and DVD for watching movies, a games room. The residence has Internet access. You can use the pool under the supervision of instructors. Children are monitored around the clock; a nurse is on duty at the residence for 24 hours.

Three meals a day. A large selection of dishes is offered, all food is fresh and balanced. If the child has allergies or a special diet, he will be able to eat on a special menu. During the day, two breaks are organized, during which children are offered water and fruit, hot chocolate and cookies.

ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES

In addition to tennis and the language program, various classes are held to make the stay of children as useful, interesting and memorable as possible.

EXCURSIONS

Sundays offer guided tours to London with visits to key historic sites, including Buckingham Palace and Harrods.

One of the most memorable moments of the trip is a visit to the famous prestigious tennis club Wimbledon. Children will visit the club’s museum, go on a backstage tour of the stadium and enjoy a delicious lunch. The tour is available at an additional cost.
