Braemar College is located in the largest city in Canada, in the capital of Ontario - Toronto. Braemar College is centrally located next to the University of Toronto. Toronto International Airport is 16 km away. drive.

Toronto is a major international cultural centre. Theatres, concert halls, art galleries and museums are located here. The Canadians ’sports life is partly concentrated in Toronto - it is the stadium with a unique retractable roof (Rogers Centre) that hosts football and hockey matches.

The city is decorated with numerous parks and squares in which tourists and locals spend their free time with pleasure. Toronto is known as the "economic engine" of Canada, is considered one of the leading megacities of the world and has a great influence both in the region and at the state and international levels.

EQUIPMENT

The college is located near the city centre, a 5-minute walk from the metro. On the campus there is a dining room, a student lounge, spacious classrooms, a computer science lab, and the Internet.

PROGRAM

25 hours a week of English classes. Students expand their vocabulary, develop literacy, work on pronunciation At weekly business English seminars, students make presentations and learn how to write academic reports. This course perfectly prepares for study at a school, college or university in an English-speaking country. Lessons are held Monday through Friday.

In addition to language lessons, the school offers classes on the following topics: leadership development, fashion, theatre, and mathematics.

For students with a beginner level of English, full-day academic ESL is available.

Summer Program 

This seven-week experience includes two credits from the Ontario Secondary School Curriculum, as well as fun activities and trips in and around the city, including Canada’s Wonderland, Niagara Falls, and the CN Tower. This is also a good option for students interested in testing out the idea of studying abroad. In many cases students can extend their high school studies into the September intake, having already earn two credits in the summer.

Summer Elite Teen

This four-week experience includes two non-credit courses from the Ontario Secondary School Curriculum. Though students do not earn credits, they do receive feedback from teachers for the work they do submit. Trips to Canada’s Wonderland, Niagara Falls and the CN Tower can be added to the package for a small activity fee.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD

Children live in Canadian families in single rooms with 3 meals a day.
