Students immediately begin practice: after one introductory week, students cook, serve about 1000 servings daily. Certainly not on its own, Le Roche has 13 professionals teaching and supervising students in the kitchen and restaurant. But the students themselves do the work, which is then checked and analyzed.

ACCOMMODATION

Les Roches campus in Crans-Montana has 18 buildings, all of which are within walking distance of our restaurants, bars and classrooms. Most of the windows in the hostels offer breathtaking views of the Alps. The rooms are equipped with a bed and a study table. There are rooms with a private or shared bathroom. Most of the buildings have a common room, kitchen and laundry room.

Senior students can live off campus. These include 6 semester students, except for translation students and GB5 students. In Crans-Montana and the surrounding areas, there are a lot of offers for renting housing.

The purpose of the survey is to create a rating of the highest international hospitality management schools, whose graduates are likely to be hired by employers from international luxury hotel chains.

During the survey, the respondents were asked the question: “If you were to make a decision to hire graduates from the presented list of international hospitality management schools to work in the international hospitality industry, which of them would you classify as the best in the world?”

The respondents were presented with a list of 86 hospitality management schools from different countries offering international education in this area.
